Dating from the reign of Elizabeth I, Longstowe Hall lies hidden within ancient woodland that opens out to reveal a glorious English garden. The beautiful mansion house stands in a park of about 175 acres and is now used as a venue for weddings and events.
With its spectacular double borders sweeping down to the lake, Longstowe Hall is a beautiful setting for weddings. In 2015, the owners decided they wanted to transform the drawing room into a space for weddings. Renowned interior designer, Christopher Vane Percy, was involved and he approached Zardi & Zardi to comission some pieces for Longstowe. It was agreed that the newly acquired Triumph of the Gods tapestries (from Dumfries House) would be perfect to transform 'Rose Ballroom' as it is now called, into a stunning room for weddings.
